At Impericon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your band merch and streetwear; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your return label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has processed and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
